The Matching Process

Complete the Tutor Matching Form: All applicants must fill out our Tutor Matching Form below.
Application Check: We check applications in the order they are received and as quickly as possible.
Online Meeting: Once your application has been checked, we’ll arrange an online meeting with you, during which, you’ll have the chance to test your online lesson setup and deliver a short lesson on a topic of your choosing to a member of our team.
Submit Supporting Documents: After the online meeting, you will be asked to upload any necessary supporting documents, such as exam certificates and an Enhanced DBS certificate. (If you don’t have a current Enhanced DBS certificate, don’t worry, you can apply for one through our DBS partners, uCheck, before taking on your first student).
Start Tutoring: Once we have your exam and DBS certificates on file, you’ll be added to our tutor matching database and can start taking on students!
